fijn om te zien dat het leven doorgaat zonder mij...hahaha... ik ben inderdaad op vakantie, zit lekker in gumbet, turkije...bloedheet hier, en supermooi resort en strand.... zit nu ff in het bijbehorende internet hok....te zweten!!!!! en inderdaad, ik ga zelf de line up bekend maken voor alledrie de data, zodra ik terug ben.. vanaf a.s. maandag begint alle promotie, zowel online als fysiek met posters door de stad e.d. be patient!!!! ik ga weer een biertje pakken en op het strand liggen....maar liefst 5 meter lopen... hahahaha!!!! |

[lekker lui copy / paste vanuit het engels vanaf mijn site... maar dan nu dus eindelijk de line ups voor de eerste edities in club akhnaton...] ps: mick wilson is een tijdje van het dance front afwezig geweest, omdat hij 2 jaar lang in een oasis achtig bandje in de UK zat, waar hij vrij succesvol mee was... [o.a. glastonbury en zo].... nu is hij bezig met een "come back" in de dance, en gaat ook weer samen met mij een trackie doen.... zijn gig tijdens the sessions zal dus een exclusief optreden zijn, omdat hij een tijdje enkel nog met zijn band bezig was...primeurtje dus! mick wilson back in business, and proud to have him at my night...! zijn optreden zal een mix worden tussen cdj 1000's, ableton live en allerlei samplers en fx gear... niet slecht. The Sessions events relocates to the heart of Amsterdam Following half a decade of quality dance music events, The Sessions moved to the Dutch capital in December 2006. The night hit Amsterdam's Strand West venue after various events all over the Netherlands over the last five and half years with resident DJ and Sessions founder C-Jay at the helm. In the music world, like any other, supply and demand are key. After six wildy succesful editions at Strand West it's time to expand. The Sessions deserves a real international platform in the heart of cosmopolitan and cultural Amsterdam. With the kick-off night scheduled for July 20 2007, The Sessions embarks on the next chapter of its musically journey with club Akhnaton in Amsterdam. The location is unique, to say the least, situated next to the Dam square right in the centre of the city. Timing is essential in music, and its played a part here too; the location, 50 years old, has just been refurbished, refitted and completely renovated! The Sessions is proud to be working with Aknaton, starting on July 20. The club itself is very modern yet intimate and underground and can hold up to 300 people. The sound system is top quality too; very important for The Sessions staff and clubbers! The Sessions will host every THIRD Friday of the month at Aknaton. The first trio of dates are July 20, August 17 and September 21, and we have already prepared line-ups to surprise and delight you, both national and international guest DJ's, all handpicked as cutting edge artists who are are at the peak of their musical output at this moment in time. toetsenist... en het was nog een verdomd goeie band ook...The Broken Dolls... als je oasis of zo leuk vind, trek je dit ook goed... maar; hij zal geen bandliedjes draaien die avond hoor... |

Ik zeg prima dit. Lekker in het centrum en ik lees op de site dat het een oude Christenbende is. Iedereen die me kent weet hoezeer ik begaan ben met de Christenen dus ik ga hier proberen een kruisje te slaan. |

klopt Diep; en hij is ook deel geweest van Tilt! al met al best legendarisch mannetje... en hij draait bizar unieke sets. prog, acid, breaks, techno, rock achtige dingen...als het maar bij elkaar past draait hij het.. en TOCH altijd een gevoel van diepte, feest en doorgaan! kan het geeneens goed omschrijven... horen is geloven! in paradiso had ik hem toen ook geboekt, en dat was een superavond.... |

Parks and wilson ROCK 
Had ze een keer tijdens Earth (alweer eeuwen geleden) ontmoet. Onwijs toffe gasten en verdomd zeer goeie dj's. Ben na de feest met hun naar hun hotelkamer geweest voor een smakelijke after  .
Zeker cool dat Mick weer terug is, to Chris...
