Well, where to start... People who never heard of Peter Gun before this day should come out hiding from their rock and check him out immediately. His 2 previous albums were fucking quality with banging progressive house. His trademark are insane basslines that tear up any club or home :)

This new album from him is no different, but its more diverse than his previous 2 which makes this album for me his best one yet.

The first 3 tracks are his usual massive proghouse style with insane basslines, huge breaks and great short vocals that work perfect.

From "Shit 'n Sound" u hear a more electro influence in the tracks. U can say he jumped the bandwagon here cause the 2 tracks after this one are also very electro influenced. But let me tell u this: if everybody would jump the bandwagon this good I wouldnt give a fuck :)
"Hot Pant Girl" & "Sun Down Under" are massive beyond words and they blow me away.

With "Damn Words" and "Read Me" he takes a more minimal/techhouse approach and leaves the electro behind. But again its the same story: bangwagon jumping? Not really; u can hear his trademark sound all over it and its again fucking massive. This destroys any dancefloor.

After the massive "Damn Words" he takes a more chilled approach (in Peter Gun's book this is chill :D) with "Dreamtime", which adds to the diversity of the album and is again a great track.

His last track is very melodic and also abit more chill. And no suprise here: it ownz bigtime.

Another thing that is great about Peter Gun is the fact that his albums consist of full tracks all the time. He doesnt make crappy sequenced albums with edits of all the tracks so that he can make more bucks of the vinyl releases of every single track at a later time.

My rating: 9.7

Together with Schumacher's Home album the best artist album of the year so far. Highly recommended!
